Mesh With Additional Wires
More height for your money
This variation on mesh fencing is a handy way to add height to your fence without the weight, loading and added expense of the tallest mesh. This approach allows you to meet two or more objectives: containing pets or livestock like sheep and goats with, say, 48” of mesh, while preventing large wildlife from eating your ornamental bushes and trees by adding two or three strands of wire, for a total fence height of about 7’. This approach also lowers the position of the top rail, if one is used, further improving overall aesthetics. Your acreage will still look like an acreage – not an elk farm.
